Production
Process
1. WARPING
Y arn and elastic material are prepared in this Warping machine according
to the Article to produce before being loaded onto the weaving machine.
This calls for high skilled personnel in the selection and arrangement of
the material in order to obtain the correct combination and tension
required.
2. WEAVING
Our company employ highly sophisticated and modern weaving machines for
production of elastics and webbing. A lot of emphasis is placed on the
selection of machinery, which segmented into high speed loom machines,
knitting machines as well as computerised Jacquard machines. Well-trained
personnel are assigned to operate these machines, producing
state-of-the-art elastics and ribbons. Periodical maintenance and frequent
facility update ensures our machines remain at top form for optimum
output. Highly skilled technician and designer are available for product
development as well as product improvement.
3. DYEING
Our state-of-the-art dyeing facility is responsible for all our product
colouring. We are able to dye match our clients’ colour requirement,
providing them with endless shades to match with their other components. A
team of experts in this field is engaged to handle this crucial task in
our industry, ensuring total satisfaction of our clients. We use
Industrial Standard Light Matching equipment for colour justification. The
dye stuff used is of optimum quality and we ensure it is AZO free. Colour
fastening is assured in all our products.
4. QUALITY CONTROL
When the goods is ready for shipment, they are sent to our Packing
Department for final packing. Prior to this, the goods are subjected to
stringent quality examination to ensure they are free of defects. A team
of highly trained quality control personnel is responsible for this final
inspection procedure. They are given the authority to reject the whole lot
of ready goods if they find any major defects.
5. PACKING
Finally, the goods are turned in for final packing into our export quality
cartons to ensure our clients received the goods in good order. Packing is
done neatly either in festooning or stand mode. With client’s request,
we are also able to pack in rolls or bobbins, depending on the Article. A
final inspection on the quantity packed is conducted so as to ensure a
mistake free in documentation.
